It has been a month since I've written last, but things are still going spectacular. Application wise, I am waiting for one more letter of reference to come in, and then I am all set to send in my CASPA. Volunteer work wise, I am still loving every minute of what I do. I just love talking with the patients. Sometimes there isn't much I can do to help them, but they seem to appreciate my smile a lot. I am learning so much. The cancer center has a library filled with research materials and information packets, so when I have a few spare minutes, I make sure to sit down and read through them (although I have brought a bunch of stuff home to look over!).
