Today I arrived at the Cancer Center to find a present waiting for me! Last week a man brought his father in for his appointment with the doctor, and also had his young daughter with him. However, the family was Russian...(?) and needed a translator present at the meeting. Between the doctor, translator, patient, his son, and the very chatty little girl, it was too crowded in the office, so the father came out looking really frazzled. I offered to stay with the little girl while her dad could go be with his dad. She was really cute actually, and we colored and read books. Extremely polite too. Her father came out and said "Thank you so much! You deserve big chocolate." I guess later on last week he dropped by and left a bag of chocolates for me! That was so nice.

In another fantastic news, I got my Netter's Anatomy Flash Cards in the mail. I will admit I was a tiny bit overwhelmed when I saw all of them, but I'm very excited to get started. :)
