    Happy CASPAing!

The 2009 application cycle has officially opened! (well, CASPA hasn't changed over from last year's app yet, but it's supposed to start today). Here's to spending hours and hours and mad dollahs on application materials :)

I am in super crunch mode, because one of the programs I am applying to has a deadline of June 15, as opposed to the fall for most other programs. That realistically gives me a month to get everything together, since you have to submit your CASPA four weeks before the school's deadline. I think I'm ok though. I did just realize however that I'm going to have two weeks less to study for the GRE than I anticipated, but I think I'm in good shape. I'm cruising through the vocab, and like I said before, the math review should be a piece of cake.

The great thing about applying to PA programs is that most use CASPA, so instead of having to fill out multiple applications for different schools, you just complete the CASPA application and it is sent to all the programs. Frequently however programs have supplemental applications that must be completed, so make sure to check for those if you are applying!

    Phew!
