I am pleased inform you that your application for admission to the Physician Assistant Studies program at [Philly school] has been evaluated and we would like to extend the opportunity for you to visit campus for a personal interview on any of the following dates:

Space is limited so if you wish to secure a date, please email me your first and second choices at PAStudiesInterview@edu as soon as possible. Confirmations will be sent via email soon after.

The interview days are four-hour events which include an academic presentation, a meal and tour of campus with our current students as well as a personal interview with members of the Admissions Committee, which includes PA Studies faculty. It promises to be a great experience so I hope that you wish to join us!

Please note that we do not offer individualized visits to campus for the admissions interview. The dates are set in advance and it is required that a candidate participate in the entire agenda.

If you wish not to attend an interview at [our school], please let me know in writing (email to this address is acceptable) and your application for admission will be withdrawn from consideration.

Rock on! This is fantastic. I'm going to take the first interview date because I do believe it is their first interview session, and this school has rolling admissions so the earlier you apply and interview, the better. I think they get back to you in about a week after your interview.
