Infectious disease exam #2 tomorrow. Pathology final Monday, pharmacology final Tuesday, and the big Clinical Medicine final on Weds. Then I am a free** woman for 4 days! I looked at our spring schedule the other day. 13 straight weeks of 3-4 exams EVERY week plus a project, paper, or pt each week. Absolutely ridiculously crazy.
We had a presentation of our clinical rotation sites today, and it was a burst of energy for me. They went through each one describing what type of rotation it is and what kind of student they are looking for. You are able to make a wish list of 3, although you're not guaranteed them. I set up my surgery rotation, so I know I'm doing that in Maine. There are a couple of other ones I'm going to try to get that I am excited about!
**free meaning no classes, no immediate exams to study for. I will be working on my ethics paper and oral boards, but maintaining normal work hours, instead of these crazy 16 hour days that have been going on.
