I'm officially getting recertified tomorrow in CPR. I found a place nearby that actually had a training date tomorrow, AND they give you your CPR card right away, instead of having to wait for it to be mailed. Perfect. Now I don't have to worry about not having proof of certification for my interview next week.
This will be my 4th time learning CPR, and it will be interesting to see how things have changed. Guidelines were all different the first three times I tried, and last time it was 30 compressions per two breaths no matter what age. I wonder how AHA compares to ACEP.

About Me
I just received my bachelors of science in kinesiology and recreation and leisure studies. As tough as it is at times, I'm thoroughly enjoying discovering who I am as a person and growing in my faith. I am all about taking everything I do seriously and to the best of my ability. If things don't go well from there, I can move on because I know I gave it my best. I don't like taking things for granted. I'm one of the few 24 year olds who's never had alcohol. I try to be somewhat responsible in taking care of my body. I don't like eggs, olives, baked beans, and most fast food. Learning is a hobby of mine if you can count it as one. I am extremely well traveled for being 24 years old. I LOVE competition.....period. I can't sing or dance or carry on a long conversation on a phone but if there's a question I discover that I don't know the answer, I will have the answer within 5 minutes. I'm that kind of person.
