I got the H1N1 vaccination today through the hospital I work at. It wasn't unpleasant at all. My only concern was that it gave me a runny nose afterward, which I am going to assume meant that some of the live virus was coming back out! I definitely made sure to wash my hands a lot...don't want to get the kids sick.
