had first quiz today. med term. all quizzes are pass/fail and you have to pass each one. I passed this one although it was harder than I thought!
Dissected again today, this time the neck. saw lots of veins, blood vessels, nerves, muscles, etc. our cadaver had HUGE plaques in his carotid arteres. they felt like rocks and were the size of black olives (the kind on pizza). used a bone saw to cut through the clavicle!
lots of exams this week, and I feel like I'm sooo far behind. was at school from 7am-8:30pm and I'm still studying. I feel like I'm studying just to pass.

About Me
I just received my bachelors of science in kinesiology and recreation and leisure studies. As tough as it is at times, I'm thoroughly enjoying discovering who I am as a person and growing in my faith. I am all about taking everything I do seriously and to the best of my ability. If things don't go well from there, I can move on because I know I gave it my best. I don't like taking things for granted. I'm one of the few 24 year olds who's never had alcohol. I try to be somewhat responsible in taking care of my body. I don't like eggs, olives, baked beans, and most fast food. Learning is a hobby of mine if you can count it as one. I am extremely well traveled for being 24 years old. I LOVE competition.....period. I can't sing or dance or carry on a long conversation on a phone but if there's a question I discover that I don't know the answer, I will have the answer within 5 minutes. I'm that kind of person.
