Orientation Day 1

Today was great! I’m wicked tired though.
I got there about ten minutes before orientation was supposed to start, and most of my classmates were already there. I talked to a few classmates quickly, and then we went upstairs where we had presentations by various administrators, who A) came off as being great at their jobs, and B) seemed to be well loved by current students. We then broke into our anatomy groups (I think I’m in a great one! We seemed to really get along well, considering how we didn’t really know one another). Did an ice breaker, and then did some official stuff. Got our white coats, tickets for the white coat ceremony, anatomy locker assignments, got our anatomy group and professional pictures taken, and signed up for the activities center. Afterward we split into different small groups and met with current students for a Q and A session. We then split into different groups for a spaghetti dinner and trivia contest. I was sooooo tired though, I was struggling to stay awake. I’m hoping to get to bed early tonight so tomorrow I will be more lively.
My apartment is awesome, I love it, and my roommates are great too. I am thinking that this is going to be a great year!
We have two more days of orientation, and then anatomy starts on Monday.
