We got our patient evaluation forms back! They turned out just as I expected, and I'm happy. Here is what he put in the comments section:

"I felt very comfortable with our encounter because you explained the need for your questions, and your explanations and organization of the process helped me be a part and understand the process.
"I wonder if you were aware of how rapidly you spoke and asked questions. I felt very comfortable with you and would have been more at ease if the pace of the interview were slower, had more pauses, and had been more relaxed."

I wasn't nervous at all, but just pumped/excited. Our next patient is on Weds, but this time we are throwing in the whole interview plus vital signs. I had enough time after my last session though so I don't think it will be a big deal.
